According to the " Doors of Oblivion", the realms are stormy with dark twisted trees, howling spirits and billowing mist. Mehrunes Dagon maintains realms called Deadlands. He is an especially important deity in Morrowind, where he represents its near-inhospitable terrain. In some cultures, though, Dagon is merely a god of bloodshed and betrayal.
